Thank you for purchasing an African soft animal from Hortance! She earns the profit from each sale. On average, selling just 2-3 animals covers a month's rent for Hortance and her family.

Hortance was the valedictorian in our 2024 JOYFUL sewing program. In this program, 15 students studied sewing and were gifted a sewing machine upon graduating, thanks to a generous donor. She is married and has four children, Manzi, Prince, Blessing and Bleis. She is excelling at making the giraffes and elephants and is graciously working with the other graduates to improve their work.
